For over 25 years, Inter Continental Des Services (ICS) has stood as a leader in the energy and industrial services sectors, driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Founded in 1999 in Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo, ICS began with a focus on workforce solutions and rig management, quickly earning a reputation for high-quality service. Since then, we have grown into a global provider, offering a comprehensive suite of services across multiple continents, from Central and West Africa to Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Our mission is clear: to lead the global energy transition by providing integrated, cutting-edge solutions that are both innovative and sustainable. Through our diverse business units—including drilling, metallurgy, fabrication, logistics, and more. We bring together decades of expertise and an unwavering commitment to delivering solutions that empower our clients.

Over the years, we have continued to expand and diversify. Recent strategic moves, such as entering the oil and gas production sector in partnership with international gas producers in Senegal, demonstrate our ambition to be a key player in energy production. We have successfully implemented youth training programs in Senegal since 2014. Graduates from those training programs, with no prior experience, have contributed to a thriving 3.5-year campaign. Additionally, in Mauritania, we have initiated training programs for promising young individuals, fostering their potential for growth and advancement within our organization. Additionally, our fabrication yard opened in 2024—has enhanced our capability to provide high-quality piping materials and specialised components for the oil and gas industry.
